What should I do to prepare for a QHHT session?
The very best thing you can do is schedule an appointment no sooner than a month from today's date.
This will give you the time to begin or enhance your meditative practice! Just like you would not play in a basketball game without dribbling the ball first, you want to exercise the right side of your brain so it is primed and prepared for the theta brain wave state.
This meditation can be guided (find a meditation app or use a YouTube video) or simply bring the self to a quiet state for 10 minutes in the morning and night every day prior to your session. Each time you meditate you make a deposit into your introspective self, innate intelligence and regulate your nervous system.
QHHT Book Recommendations
I recommend reading the following books prior to your QHHT session. Each of these books addresses the topic of the soul and what the purpose of the soul's human experience may be.
“Between Death and Life” by Dolores Cannon. Dolores is the mother of Quantum Hypnosis and will offer you hundreds of subject reports corroborating the death and rebirth experience.
“Journey of the Souls” by Dr. Michael Newton. This book was pivotal in my own understanding of a soul's purpose in the human form and how souls tend to work in groups.
“Many Lives, Many Masters” by Dr. Brian Weiss. Dr Weiss is a psychotherapist who used traditional hypnotherapy in talk sessions which accidentally shifted into regression sessions with one client, this client accessed hundreds of past lives in her years of therapy with incredible corrective success.
