Common QHHT Misconceptions

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a form of hypnotherapy developed by Dolores Cannon that aims to access and explore past lives and the client's higher self for healing purposes. While proponents of QHHT (validate)its effectiveness, there are also some common misconceptions associated with this technique. Here are a few:

QHHT is the Same as Past Life Regression:

  • One of the misconceptions is that QHHT is solely about past life regression. While past life regression is one aspect of QHHT, the technique also involves connecting with the higher self, exploring current life issues, and seeking guidance and healing. Past life regression, future life visions, repressed memories and energtic lives are all possibilities during QHHT. Your higher self tends to direct what needs to be presented to you during your session.

Anyone Can Hypnotize and Conduct QHHT Sessions:

  • Conducting QHHT sessions effectively requires specific training and expertise.  Certified QHHT practitioners undergo specific  training in hypnotic techniques, language and cadence; direction of sessionions and how to navigate challenging topics and emotions as well as clinical submission of hours and sessions -prior to the  certification processes.

QHHT Can Predict the Future:

  • Some individuals mistakenly believe that QHHT can predict future events. While clients may receive guidance or insights about future possibilities, QHHT does not possess predictive capabilities in the same way that psychic readings might be perceived.  Consider that QHHT is more a dive into self; the subconscious.  QHHT is far more a therapeutic approach to the Quantum field than clairvoyance, psychic work or the like. As the practitioner, I am unable to 'see' things for you.
